This week I chat about a somewhat controversial topic of Fitness influencers after hearing popular you tuber "Sarahs day" being scrutinised for her recent declaration that she "reversed her cervical dysplasia ". I delve into how I feel there are lots of influencers out there having a HUGE positive impact by inspiring young women to be more health conscious but that as viewers we must be educated on how to interpret what is being said and understand that someone else's story can inspire us but we need to do our own research and find whats best for ourselves.
