After episode 16 on how stress makes you fat, I got so many comments and questions from people that I decided to delve deeper and do a follow up episode. In this one I discuss more of the reasons why and strategies that we can implement into our lives to manage our stress and improve our health. I can't stress enough how much of a role chronic stress plays on your health, body composition and quality of life. I see it so commonly in my gym and I don't think people even consider it as a reason why they are not getting the results they work hard for.
